Quiggy Events is an event-management platform operated by Gecko & Lime Ltd, Malta (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we store, why, and how to get it removed. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we store
Account details (name, email address) for the people who sign in; the event content our customers create (sites, forms, budgets, documents, messages); and the details our customers’ guests submit when they register for an event (typically name, email address and the answers to the registration form). We store what the platform needs to run events — nothing more.
Where it lives
All platform data is stored in the European Union (our database and file storage run in Frankfurt, Germany). Every customer workspace is isolated from every other, enforced in the database itself.
Who we share it with
Nobody buys, rents or receives your data for advertising — Quiggy shows no ads and sells no data, ever. We use a small set of service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (billing), and — only where a customer connects them — Slack, Google, Zoom, Adobe, Duffel and Anthropic. Each processes data solely to provide its service to us.
Connected accounts
If a customer connects a workspace tool (such as Slack) or a social account, we store the minimum needed to provide that feature (for example a workspace ID and access token), use it only for the actions the customer asks for (such as sending a message they wrote), and delete it when the connection is removed. Disconnecting is one click in Settings.
Data deletion
You can delete your content inside the product at any time. To have an account or a whole workspace and everything in it permanently deleted — or to ask what we hold about you — email nick@geckoandlime.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it. Guests who registered for a customer’s event can use the same address; we will coordinate with the event organiser.
Security
Access is least-privilege (per-event permissions enforced server-side), sensitive actions are audit-logged, all traffic is encrypted in transit, and secrets are never stored in code.
